1、Cooling system

The cooling system has an excellent heat-radiation performance to ensure the high-intensity operation in some hot districts. Optimization design on the cooling channel with another air outlet on the lower counter-weight, and air fluid science design on the upper counter-weight. The hood rear tuyere is designed as shutter type wind guide scrambling structure to mostly improve the fan efficiency.The cooling assembly is compromised of 3 individual cooling module with stacking type layout but not anteroposterior stack. It has a better air permeability with low dust to ensure the long term normal working of the cooling system.

2、Convenient Maintenance

The CAN vehicle diagnostic system, engine ECU and transmission TCU controlling system can get rid of some simple problems. The error code will be shown on the screen to fast and easily recognize the error information for fast maintenance and repair to shorten the maintenance period. Reasonable structure，the wide-angle tip-over cab and gull wing type hood ensures the more convenient and faster maintenance job on the power system. Openable electric cabinet design is apparent to the eyes with a integrated electrical parts layout which improves the convenience of the electrical parts maintenance.

3、Security      Intelligent Starting System, forklift hanging gear start prevent function improves the operation safety and longer gearbox service life.Standard equipped OPS Operator sensor system to prevent the operation accident results from the wrong operation position of the driver. The optimization design full vision mast with external pipeline layout provides the best vision for the driver which improves the safety of the driving and operation. The key type vehicle power outage and the lockable electrical cabinet ensures the safety of outdoor parking.

4、Comfort         Ergonomic design, rational operation device layout, equipped with adjustable seats and steering wheel. Standard equipped with double valve plate fork positioner is easy to adjust the fork distance. Side shifter is optional to make the operation easier.Equipped with hydraulic-control pilot valve controlling system, the handle can be even operated by fingers.

5、Reliability

Standard equipped caliper disc hydraulic braking system. 3 sets of large diameter caliper disc brakes for the tires on both sides has a big brake moment， convenient operation, and good braking performance. The engine intake system adopts the external prefilter and internal double filter element dry filter filting system has a filting efficiency of 99.9% which improves the cleaness of the intaking air to extend the engine life. Electric one button parking brake, hydraulic power drive, seperate design between the parking brake and the driving brake provides a more reliable and safety parking brake.

6、Advancement

Load sensing priority steering hydraulic system, double pump flow fuel feeding design improves the mast working efficiency and energy saving. World famous imported diesel engines, German ZF transmission, German Kessler wet brake drive axle for options. Multichannel image system is an option to improve the operation safety.
